In SLS version 1.3, BLER curves for HARQ transmissions were available for LTE but not for 5G.
Do share us the tables for 5G as well as procedure used to generate the same.

The simulator does not support HARQ transmission for higher modulation orders (i.e. we do not have the BLER curves). The curves were generated with the LTE link level simulator, which has been discontinued and does not support 5G modulation and coding schemes.
